WRC is looking for a VP of Events and VP of Communications for the 2022-23 school year! If you are passionate about the field of rehabilitation and have previous club experience in the events or communications portfolio, consider applying to the WRC VP Team!
VP of Events Description
Responsibilities:
Pitch and successfully execute events such as panels, conferences, networking events, etc
Coordinate all event logistics including venue, contact, etc.
Attend USC training and WRC events
Build and manage an executive team under the events portfolio
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience organizing and planning events
Detail-oriented and ability to think creatively and strategically
Passionate about rehabilitation sciences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-starter and team-oriented
Project management experience (preferred)
VP of Communications Description
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with other VPs and the Presidents to execute communication strategies
Curate social media posts, email communication, and newsletters to our members
Attend USC training and WRC events
Build and manage an executive team under the communications portfolio
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a communications/marketing position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about rehabilitation sciences
Detail-oriented and ability to think creatively
Experience with Canva and Mailchimp (preferred)
